Dr. Valdemar A. Hill, Jr.
Born in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Dr. Valdemar A. Hill, Jr. holds a B.A. in Languages, an MBA, and a Ph.D. in Organization and Management. A tenured professor for over 30 years at the University of the Virgin Islands, he has also served as a certified mediator, labor arbitrator, and public leader.
As President of The Hill Group, he advocates for ethical leadership through training, authorship, and ministry at Southside United Pentecostal Church.
